FEATURES:

Steel boiler with 3 smoke passages, staircase burner and oscillating grate for the use of various fuels.

Fully automatic boilers:

Burner with cleaning and automatic ignition.
Heat exchanger cleaning.
Compactor for ash from heat exchanger and burner.
Smoke extractor controlled by a hearth depression probe and frequency inverter.

Consists of two modules:

Combustion chamber.
Heat exchanger.

The boiler is supplied fully assembled and pre-wired (with no peripherals). Can be supplied disassembled for later assembly in boiler rooms, at the request of the customer.

Full versatility:

Reversible combustion chamber, such that the burner can be on the right or left, depending on how the combustion chamber is installed.

Access to wiring and combustion chamber.

Rear with multicyclones.

Control panel and display with PLC.

Moving grille burner, with fuel partly supplied from bottom

It is supplied assembled and wired up to the 1000 kW model (electrical cabinet on boiler), but can be supplied disassembled for fitting into boiler rooms of difficult access at the customer’s request.

It consists of 2 modules:

Combustion chamber.
Heat exchanger.

There are 2 versions of the combustion chamber, with a left or right burner which must be specified before delivery.

FEATURES:

The Bioselect 1500, 1700 and 2000 kW models are very similar to the Bioselect 300 to 1250 kW range in operation and components, but differ as follows:

This range consists of a combustion chamber and 2 heat exchanger modules and the boiler supply must always be disassembled due to the size of its components.
Due to their large size, the 3 boiler models are equipped with a walkway and stairs to access the exchanger openings.
